Sake a Gogo is an experiential Japanese restaurant in Louisville, Kentucky, crafted by visionary restaurateur, Kevin Grangier. Inspired by the iconic Whiskey A Go Go on Sunset Boulevard, the concept reflects Kevin’s marketing roots In LA. Recognizing a gap in Louisville’s vibrant culinary scene, Kevin saw an opportunity to introduce an authentic Japanese dining experience, fueled by the city’s access to the world’s largest UPS hub for fresh, never-frozen seafood.
