As we prioritize a thoughtful pace for all our guests, your seating may begin up to 15-min after your scheduled time. Same-day reservations and walk-ins are based on real-time availability. We recommend calling to inquire at 6pm, or arriving early on the day of. Reservations open on Opentable for two weeks out at 9am daily. To maintain the intimate atmosphere and ensure every guest receives the highest level of service, we’ve designed our space to accommodate parties of up to 4 guests only. With our 1-hr dining experience, we offer a 10-min grace period before we cancel the reservation. Cancellations within 24 hours result in a $75 charge per guest. Naisho Omakase, located inside of Highball in Costa Mesa, offers a 1-hour multi-course journey focused on nigiri. The menu expands to offer amazing cocktails as well. Our unique concept is designed exclusively for bar-style dining. To keep things cozy and safe for everyone, we aren’t able to accommodate strollers or non-dining guests.

To achieve the highest quality, Chef Takahashi has honed his knife technique and the nuances of his craft over three decades.     This is one of best omakase experiences I’ve ever had. The restaurant is tucked away at the back of a delightful whisky ball, Highball, so you can have a drink while you wait for your seating. The meal is perfectly crafted from the first to the last bite. Each course is crafted with such care and thought, and everything was delicious. Highly recommended!

    We had reservations for 6 people and they took us in right away. Wasn’t busy at all. For the amount of food they provided, the value was great. I had the teishoku with sashimi. Tempura was fried perfectly and not oily. Always a treat to go when visiting California (Disneyland).
