If you’re looking for authentic Persian cuisine, Turquoise is a must-visit. We started with the hummus and babaganoush served with warm pita bread, both were fresh, and flavorful. For our entrées, we ordered the Kabab Koobideh (ground lamb and veal) and the Soltani Combo, which included chicken koobideh and a skewer of perfectly cooked Barg (filet mignon). Both were served with fragrant white basmati rice, grilled tomatoes, and onions. Every bite was delicious, and the quality of the ingredients and preparation really stood out. To finish, we enjoyed the ice cream, which was the perfect ending to an outstanding meal. However, what truly made the evening special, though, was the hospitality. We learned that Turquoise is a family-owned restaurant. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel like we were guests in his own home rather than customers in a restaurant. The food was authentic, the atmosphere was warm, and the hospitality was unforgettable. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to return.

For those who think a restaurant that is kosher is unfashionable, are sorely mistaken. The Cottage is a beautiful and wonderful culinary experience!
