Tommy is insistent on using only the very best fresh produce, which is brought in from all over the world to create truly global flavours. There are over 300 delicious Cantonese dishes to choose from including vegetarian dishes – and one of the best places to start is the Dim Sum which is prepared on a daily basis by experienced chefs using the best available fresh ingredients. Also known for its Cantonese roast meat specialism using traditional techniques and authentic recipes perfected over decades. The succulent and flavourful roast meats ranging from Roast Duck, Crispy Belly Pork, and Honey Roast Pork served at Glamorous Restaurant make it a standout in the Chinese culinary scene. For drinks, the full bar serves a wide choice of beers, spirits, wines plus champagnes and fine cognacs.
