Our "7 Seas" project is a gastronomical endeavor in search of exciting fresh seafood dishes made of fish caught from according to Jacques Cousteau "one of the great aquariums in the world": the sea of Cortez. The restaurant is decorated beautifully. It’s like a jungle inside, there’s a tree, flowers hanging everywhere from the ceilings and an actual swing. We went on Sunday and there was live singing too. We had the melted cheese with chorizo and guacamole as appetizers. Both were very good. For dinner I had the fried Baja fish tacos, they hit the spot. Would definitely come back when in Cabo de San Jose.
