    Enjoyed the experience despite receiving disturbing news via a phone call to the pub from a friend to say they wouldn’t be coming because one of them had had a serious fall.

    Had a great evening at Meat at the Parish for a birthday treat. It isn’t somewhere we could go to on a regular basis due to the cost but for special occasions it is worth it. Only small issue was that we got charged for two soft drinks that we didn’t have that wasn’t noticed until we got home totalling £8 Excellent service and good food.

    We loved our lunch at the Bull. Superb service. Looked after one diner's food allergy impeccably. Proper crisp white table linens and fresh flowers on the tables. Extra touches like special garnishes on plates. Charming & well considered service from mature, polite waiters. Wide menu choice. Delicious french style plates of food. And....a DESSERT TROLLEY with fabulous freshly made creations. What's not to like.,.?
