Tucked away in Pyrmont, Ferrara Pasta Bar is a tiny, intimate pasta bar that feels more like stepping into Nonna’s kitchen than a traditional restaurant. With a small open kitchen and cosy bar seating, you’re right in the action as pasta comes together and glasses clink. It’s rustic, relaxed, a little bit loud, and full of charm. The menu is all about simple, honest Italian cooking, comforting bowls of pasta, rich slow-cooked sauces, and seasonal dishes made to be shared. Everything is prepared in small batches, just like it would be at home, so some favourites may disappear as the night goes on. (We know… heartbreaking if you had your heart set on the lasagna). Our advice? Come early, order your must-haves, and settle in!Whether it’s a quick midweek pasta fix or a long, wine-filled evening, Ferrara is your cosy little escape, made for long, lingering evenings.
