We had an incredible experience at Chambao Los Cabos! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—everyone was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs throughout the evening. The food was outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and made with high-quality ingredients. The steaks were cooked perfectly, and the sides and cocktails were just as impressive. What really sets Chambao apart is the entertainment and atmosphere. The live performances created an unforgettable experience without taking away from the dining. The energy, music, and ambiance made it one of the most enjoyable nights of our trip. Our family had an incredible dining experience at Ardea, and Jorge made the evening truly exceptional. We were a party of 8—4 adults and 4 children under the age of 7—with a 7:00 PM reservation, and we were seated promptly upon arrival. From the moment we sat down, Jorge was warm, welcoming, and attentive. After a full day of fun in the sun, our little ones were completely exhausted and started falling asleep during dinner. The entire team went above and beyond to help make our sleepy kids comfortable, allowing the four adults to relax and enjoy the rest of our meal. The level of hospitality and genuine care we experienced was outstanding. Jorge and the team created such a thoughtful, family-friendly atmosphere without ever making us feel like an inconvenience. The food was wonderful, the service was impeccable, and the experience was one we'll remember. We can't wait to return and highly recommend Ardea to anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.

Excellent dining experience. Yes, as others have said...its pricey, so just be aware. But the experience overall was wondeful. A treat! We will return. The service is top of the list- truly exceptional. Wait staff is the best. Tableside specialists added great flair. Ambiance too is fabulous,the entry architecture and overall setting are simply stunning. Food was all very very good. Maybe not quite epicurian level, but all very well prepared and presented. If youre seeking a bargain (or a michelin star) you could feel didappointed. But if - like us - you want a special dining experience and are willing to pay for it? Dont miss this place!
