Ikoya sits opposite the renowned Mercat de Santa Caterina and just a few steps from Barcelona Cathedral, offering a unique location and a spacious and welcoming environment. IKOYA provides a meeting point between our market’s exceptional products and the unparalleled Japanese technique. The charm of the embers, both solvent and unpredictable, brings it all together. A gateway to Tokyo’s taverns! There is a selected range of sashimis, niguiris, ramens, hosomakis and uramakis, meat and fish dishes, and of course, robata. An artisanal selection of sakes, all perfectly paired. A project by Hideki Matsuhisa and Iñaki Lz from Viñaspre —Grupo Sagardi—
