Bar Brasso from the team behind Darby's, is offering a diverse culinary experience throughout the day. Robin Gill has teamed up with Cibo, led by founder Vittorio Maschio, who brings ingredients straight from Italian producers to our counter. In the mornings, starting at 8am, it operates as a bakery serving fresh pastries, sourdough bagels, coffee, juices and more. At lunchtime, Bar Brasso transforms into a cafe serving fresh salads, sandwiches and comforting seasonal plates. You will also find a deli counter stocked with the finest italian cured meats, cheeses and speciality products to take home. As the day turns to evening, Bar Brasso becomes a cicchetti and tapas bar, inspired by the Venetian bacari and the vibrant food culture of San Sebastian. Small plates designed for sharing meet a carefully curated list of cocktails, vermouths and wines, bringing a taste of Europe's most exciting food scenes to Nine Elms.
