We focus on classic cocktails, done properly. That means fresh-squeezed juice, house-made syrups, clear large-format ice, chilled glassware, proper proportions and thoughtful garnishes. We care less about reputation or price than whether a bottle is actually good—some of our favorites are surprisingly inexpensive, while plenty of expensive bottles are surprisingly ordinary.     We did the 12 tapas tasting and we loved 11/12!!! Even the one that we did not love was good, just did not like figs which it was heavy on figs. The service was incredible and the value for the tasting was awesome. We almost had a full size lamb entree as 1 of the 12 bites. We sat in the back room which was a vibe but so is the front bar room. We also had the alcohol pairing and the selections were excellent with each course. We will be back for the next tasting menu!!
