Tasteful Station is located in a train station built in 1917 in the heart of Poultney, Vermont. Created by Nicole Bower and Arthur Hollinger, Tasteful Station features a sophisticated menu that changes weekly prepared with fresh local ingredients. Nicole Bower is not new to the restaurant industry. She owns, The Cluckin Café in Pittsford & Poultney, Vermont and The Rollin’ Rooster Food Trucks.
