Saint Jacques Bistrot invites you on a journey that fuses the best of French cuisine with the heart and soul of Mexico. This bistro renews the concept of the comptoir. Drinks and appetizers are served informally at a counter, combining gourmet elegance with a love of fine dining, the essence of a French bistro with the dynamic atmosphere of a modern music bar. Conceived by chefs Karina Mejía and Israel Montero, the spirit of pilgrimage is reflected in each specialty, celebrating the rich heritage of both cultures. The seasonal menu promotes shareable dishes, where each preparation is a tribute to diversity and creativity. It harmoniously combines Pâté en croûte, Pissaladière with Provençal roots, and Crème Brûlée with Mexican vanilla, in addition to preparations based on fresh foods from local suppliers, exalting the values of a sincere cuisine that foregrounds the enjoyment of rich, high-quality flavors.
