With June, a very creative and modern restaurant has found its way to Halle. At June there is nothing like in other restaurants you know. Not the music! Not the service! Not even the food and certainly not the wine. We don't want to Focus dogmatically on vegetarian cuisine. Our goal is to get the maximum out of vegetables every day in terms of taste. We try to work very regionally and seasonally and sustainability also plays a very important role in our kitchen. From home-baked focaccia to ferments and miso, we pack a lot in glasses in months of planning. There is a lot of craftsmanship in June and we work very product driven.
