Cesar & Morian – Refined German Cuisine in Historic SurroundingsLocated within the ancient chapel of Disibodenberg Monastery, Cesar & Morian is a unique restaurant where history, craftsmanship, and culinary tradition come together. Led by Philipp Helzle, a former Michelin-starred chef, our kitchen presents modern interpretations of classic German cuisine – with a strong focus on quality, regional ingredients, and authenticity. From hearty shared platters to elegant multi-course menus, guests can expect honest food in a refined and memorable atmosphere. A true highlight: our house-brewed cellar beer “DENKMALz”, crafted beneath the vaulted stone cellar of the old monastery. The restaurant is just a 5-minute walk from the regional train station and easily reached via public transport (lines 250, 250S & 253). In summer, our terrace offers a peaceful retreat under open skies.
