Our wine selection, available by the glass or bottle, features a carefully curated collection of labels. To accompany it, we offer an international tapas-style menu with a distinctive Italian foundation. Our menu is concise, constantly evolving, and designed for exploring a variety of flavors.We have two spaces: Chef Table and Terrace. The Chef Table is a two-hour experience, available by reservation for groups of 1 to 5 guests, in an omakase format. On the Terrace, you can dine à la carte or enjoy the omakase experience, with or without a reservation.Omakase is a dining experience in which the chef selects each dish, combining fresh ingredients and technique. The courses are tailored to the group and their preferences.
Max Prime Business Restaurant opened in Mexico City in 2008 with an idea no one else offered: a restaurant designed for doing business, with tables where you could talk without being overheard and service that knew every guest by name. After a seven-year hiatus, it returned in 2026 on Insurgentes Sur with the same essence and a renewed vision for a new generation of leaders. NIV’s carefully curated wine selection features small-production and independent producers wines from France, Italy, Spain, Austria, and Mexico, ranging from unique Pet Nats to orange wines aged in amphora to a classic selection of wines from Burgundy and Piemonte, delighting both the seeker of a traditional and the natural wine lover alike.The food program at NIV by Executive Chef Diego Martínez draws inspiration from the team’s origins in Mexico and France. Relying on the seasonal produce Mexico has to offer, the menu is subject to change.
