Enjoy a barn patio table or one of our 7 intimate, private garden cabanas with wood stoves, gorgeous views, and a beautiful 5-Course chef tasting menu (dietary restrictions accommodated) created by James Beard nominated chef Eric Skokan at our historic farmstead. Our 500-acre full-scale diversified organic farm supplies the majority of ingredients for your meal; from vegetables & herbs to pork & lamb to grains.
