*Reservations are on the first Wednesday of the month at noon for the following month. We are now fully booked until the end of December, reservations for January will be on December 2nd at noon.*

Open since August 2023, Sabayon is the project of Marie-Josée Beaudoin and Patrice Demers. A 16-seat micro restaurant located in Pointe St-Charles.

In the evening, from Thursday to Saturday, discover a surprise 6-course mostly pescetarian tasting menu featuring seasonal products, the vast majority of which are local. The cuisine focuses on vegetables, fish and seafood.
On Friday and Saturday afternoon, a Tea Time menu is offered.

We accept reservation for 1 to 4 person, we do not accept parties larger than 4.

Le Bistro Le Cerf-Volant est un « apportez votre vin » de Tétreaultville, situé dans l’espace rénové de l'ancienne Taverne Reeves. Mené par Matthieu Bonneau et Benjamin de Châteauneuf, ce bistro propose une cuisine bistronomique moderne, mettant en avant des produits frais et de saison, servis dans une ambiance conviviale et élégante. Le décor, signé par l’atelier Catherine Catherine, marie harmonieusement l’héritage du lieu avec une touche contemporaine. Le menu, conçu par Robert Lapaj, se distingue par sa créativité et ses associations de saveurs uniques.
