The drinks are built from ingredients made in-house: shrubs, cordials, ferments and infusions produced in our own lab, then served cold, dry and unfussed. The list changes in batches rather than seasons.
The kitchen runs a short menu of small plates designed for sharing across a long evening, alongside bar snacks and soft serve.
Open seven days. Walk-ins welcome; booking advised Thursday to Saturday.

Our emphasis is on high quality local ingredients and fresh produce from the best of local suppliers. Beef is selected, prepared and hung for us by Award wining "John Gilmour" of Macmerry master butchers since 1946. Fresh fish are delivered daily by Calum Sinclair and J.K Thompsons. West coast Mussels are delivered freshly daily by "Sea Mcgee". Artisan and farmhouse British cheeses are supplied by renowned Edinburgh cheesemonger, Iain Mellis and dairy produce from Fife Creamery. We take pride to cook everything fresh in our own kitchen daily.

Located next to the Tron Kirk in Hunter Square, off the Royal Mile in Edinburgh's Old Town, Civerinos is easily reached by by train, bus, or car. Meals are served from midday onward until late, every day of the week. Live entertainment is featured as well as simple 'street food'. Menu selections include calamari, fried polenta & rosemary chips, entrees such as the 12 oz. rump steak, made-to-order pizza, and pasta.
