Once home to the renowned, charming Andreas Restaurant of Charlotte Street, evolution has taken its place in the form of Ousia. Having opened in March 2018 in Charlotte Street and inspired by the fusion of traditional and contemporary elements, Ousia represents evolution in many forms - from the taste of the food and effectiveness of its presentation - to the setting in which the service is provided.Knowing the local area is emphatic about quality food and service, and is starved of genuine Greek-Cypriot restaurants, Ousia opened its second restaurant in Muswell Hill

Italy comes to LondonLuca’s father moved to the UK in 1978 and made London his home. Here he opened a trattoria where young Luca learned the art of being a restaurateur and discovered his talent for cooking. This London Italian tradizione continued in 2012, when Luca seized the chance to open his own restaurant, carrying the Rossella name in homage to his roots. Embraced by the Kentish Town community, it was built around a family feel, a love of simple, classic Italian dishes made with fresh ingredients and wine from the same family vineyard in Benevento. In 2026, the Rossella family grew with the opening of a second home in Muswell Hill, bringing the same warmth, food and spirit to a new neighbourhood while staying true to everything Rossella stands for.We invite you to continue our journey when you visit, feel part of our family and enjoy the taste of traditional Italian food, whether inside the restaurant or, London sunshine permitting, dining al fresco.
Bienvenue à French SocietyA bistro? Yes. But not just any. Parisian charm flirting with modern soul."At the heart of a great restaurant, there are always people… & their dogs!"This new venture is brought to life by the same famille behind Patron in Kentish Town. At its centre is Louis, chef de cuisine & maestro des plats, whose hands have shaped the kitchen at Patron for over 7 years, now bringing his vision to this new chapter, a petite sœur bistro that draws inspiration from its predecessor while embracing a new unique direction.“It’s a place where you’ll want to return to time & time again, to bask in the energy of the crowd, to be a part of a community, or to enjoy a quiet moment alone. It is a place that feels alive & timeless in its warmth, like a perfectly aged Bordeaux—luxurious, but never too proud to share a joke. It’s a place where time seems to linger, where the conversations flow as effortlessly as the wine.”

Farang means “foreigner” in Thai. We cook for flavour, not authenticity: Thai techniques and Thai balance, with seasonal British ingredients wherever they’re better.Farang started out at London street food markets, trading from the back of Sebby’s car, before landing in Highbury as a pop-up in 2016. It never left. We’ve held a Michelin Bib Gourmand every year since 2019, made the National Restaurant Awards Top 100, and hold the Thai Select award from the Royal Thai Embassy. Our Thai produce leaves Bangkok on Sunday, lands at Heathrow on Tuesday and is in our kitchen by Wednesday. Everything is made from scratch, and the menu changes with the seasons. If it’s your first visit, go for the feasting menu, which brings the best of the menu to the table in one go.We’re a short walk from Highbury & Islington, Arsenal and Finsbury Park stations. Book a table, as we do get busy.
Namaaste Highgate in the leafy Highgate Village is launched by multi award winning chef Sabbir Karim. The restaurant focuses on Indian street food and delicious home style cooking.
A small fish restaurant from the Four Legs team (The Plimsoll). A love letter to Spain and Portugal and the inspiration for all of the wet rice dishes now found across menus in the city. Viva la Inspiración. Tired of the loosely French inspired humdrum of restaurants popping up across the city of London? Do you like holidays? Do you like cold drinks and warm service? If you've answered yes to one or more of these then perhaps Tollington's can refresh both your palate and mind. The idea came from a mirror in an antiques market and a love for a more informal approach to dining, the result a chippy in North London with church pews bolted to the walls to be leaned on and eaten from. The focus is on fish but the menu transcends just fish, leaving no stone unturned in the never ending quest for flavour. In the warmer months the pavement becomes alive with customers and the food reflects the weather. In winter people huddle indoors and enjoy the heartier mountain foods of Iberia.
Behind the velvet curtains, the street outside is quickly forgotten.Bistro Aix has been cooking classical French food in the heart of Crouch End since 2002. It is chef-owned and quietly romantic, with velvet drapes, plenty of greenery and large Renaissance-style murals around softly lit tables. The menu changes with the seasons and is built on good produce: organic vegetables, wild fish, game and well-kept steaks, finished with the proper French sauces the kitchen is known for. We’re a short walk from the Crouch End Clocktower, and our private dining room seats up to 26, for birthdays, celebrations or a smaller gathering.
