Our lunch at Bistro Le Sam was a highlight of our trip to Quebec City! The ambiance and views of the St. Lawrence were beautiful. We started with the charcuterie and cheese platter which was amazing. The local cheeses and cured meats were top notch and would highly recommend. We also had the Caesar salad which was very unique with crisped mackerel and pickled quail eggs. For our mains we had the fish &chips, salmon tartar and the lobster roll. The lobster roll was so decadent filled with a lot of lobster, shrimp and caviar. The salmon tartar was also delicious. I would be remiss if I didn't mention our cocktails - they were works of art. The presentation on the gin & tonic and Hugo spritz were so unique. Overall, highly recommend if you are visiting Quebec City!

What a wonderful service and high tea experience! The food and tea service was amazing and the ambiance was spectacular.

C’est vraiment un excellent restaurant, autant pour souper que pour déjeuner. Lorsque nous allons à Québec nous essayons d’aller y manger au moins une fois lors de notre séjour.
