Agricole Cocina de Campo is a farm-to-table restaurant in El Pescadero, Baja California Sur, on the corridor between Todos Santos and Los Cabos. Recognized with a Bib Gourmand in the MICHELIN Guide, our kitchen cooks what we grow, building each plate from our own garden and the season's harvest. We nixtamalize 100% organic corn in-house for tortillas, tamales, and tostadas made from scratch.
