Foghorn Brewery was born of a dream to make craft beer the way it ought to be made—from grain to glass all under one roof.The historic building in King Street had been abandoned for several years when we first set foot inside. In that dusty old warehouse, we saw the potential to create something really special.And so it was that Newcastle’s first modern craft brewery opened its doors in April 2015. The town’s industrial roots have played a big part in shaping the unique character of Foghorn Brewery. Built from the ground up, this art deco era warehouse with exposed roof trusses now houses a custom 1800 litre brewery.

    the staff here were all very friendly, they were accomodating to me as a vegan and the vegan pizza was AMAZING! it was a little loud inside but understandably so, and from where we were sitting we could still have a view of the water without being seated outside. we will definitely be back. thank you!

    Great pub food, lovely atmosphere and excellent service. We dined on Monday night and had a fabulous experience, as usual. Massive compliments to the wonderful waitress looking after the dining room. She is so lovely, helpful, friendly, and really goes out of her way to make sure everyone is happy. She has such a positive attitude and managed the whole room herself with a smile, from taking orders, to serving meals and cleaning up empty plates. She's an amazing hostess and I hope her manager and herself gets to see this glowing review. 🤍

    We celebrated my daughter’s 21st, Cisco was outstanding from start to finish, and Landon who was behind the bar was absolutely amazing and was so lovely and friendly to all our guests. Thanks again guys, we will be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
