We had my girlfriend’s birthday dinner at Maximo and the food was incredible! Very delicious from the appetizers to the main dishes. We had the corn ribs, aguachile oysters, machete de hongos, pork belly carnitas and the taco plate. They were all amazing. Our waiter was great too, I forgot his name but he gave us great recommendations since it was our first time. My lady got the Maximo margarita and another hibiscus drink and she loved them. I had the humble carta blanca for my drink and it was so fresh. Outdoor seating was great, the decorations for dia de los muertos were beautiful. 10/10 experience we WILL be coming back!!

We usually visit this place for lunch or dinner, but this was our first time experiencing happy hour, and it did not disappoint! The service was excellent, and the general manager took the time to stop by and chat with us, which is always a nice touch in my book. The food was good, and we had a wonderful time catching up with friends. We’ll definitely be back!

Great for what it is - a neighborhood restaurant with experienced/knowledgeable staff, attentive service from the waiter and busser, a nice Italian wine list, a menu with the classic Italian choices, and solid food.
