Chef Paul Friedman is a Master Chef with over 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry. In 1994, he launched Paul’s Pizza Shops, a nationally recognized pizza concept in Northwest Houston, Texas.In 2009, Paul introduced a bold new idea—Peli Peli, a South African fusion restaurant that quickly gained national acclaim. As Executive Chef & Owner he helped shape Peli Peli into a beloved destination for adventurous diners.
