Absolutely superb. The taster menu included some quite surprising combinations but everything was delicious. The sommelier's selection of accompanying wines was also excellent. Atmosphere was delightful and the staff were uniformly wonderful. Could not recommend highly enough and will certainly return.

**An Exceptional Dining Experience** We had a fabulous evening at The Legacy at The Grand, York, enjoying the Steel Food Journey paired with the Classic Wine Flight. The food was exceptional, with every course beautifully presented and a real pleasure to experience. What truly made the evening stand out, though, was the unbelievable service from the team - special mention to Ale, Sam, Emily & Ben. Their attention to detail, genuine warmth and willingness to go the extra mile, with thoughtful little touches throughout the evening, made the whole experience feel even more special. A wonderful combination of outstanding food, excellent wines and service that goes above and beyond. Highly recommended for a truly memorable dining experience!

Where There's Smoke was fantastic. Relaxed atmosphere. The staff were great, friendly, attentive. Would recommend to anyone. Food was exceptional. Every course was explained. It was a very lovely experience.
