Dining at The Old Inn on the Green is an extraordinary experience: fine wine, great food, attentive, knowledgeable service and the dining rooms illuminated only by candle light. Chef and Owner Peter Platt, along with his team, work to create innovative and memorable meals that are an event unto themselves. Currently, we are offering a $95 Prix Fixe, Wednesday through Sunday from 5:30-9:00pm for both indoors and in our heated outdoor Covered Patio. In addition to candlelight, in the colder months there are wood burning fireplaces in each room.     The outdoor patio was warm and cosy even on a cool night in late October. 3 course meal with several options for each course was superb. Waiter Liam was very professional and courteous, as were all of the staff.

    Our youngest son is a sophomore at University at Albany and we wanted to celebrate his 19th birthday somewhere special. The reviews for Mr. D's were great so we decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint! We had a fantastic time. Our server Mike was very attentive. He made our son's birthday and family experience very special. We highly recommend this place.
