Beste restaurants met een biologisch menu in Chofu / Fuchu

This was our 1st time in Tokyo & were excited to try authentic Japanese cuisine! We were staying in Shibuya & wanted somewhere walking distance nearby. By chance, we booked Kappo Sanoya...it's located on a quiet street on the lower level of a small building, but don't let it's humble appearance fool you! Inside was a master Chef ready to create, educate & entertain his few guests (it holds 8 people max per sitting) Chef Masayuki Sano meticulously prepared each unique dish...we couldn't wait to try each one! The sake pairings were spot on matching without overpowering the dishes. We enjoyed our meal so much that while we were still there, we booked for the next night too! He amazed us again with a whole new menu! We feel blessed to experience top quality true Japanese cuisine! Arigato Chef 😋

Attentive service and very good quality food. Small restaurant with only a couple of tables and bar service. Note that restaurant is hard to find; on 4th floor on small side street with no signage posted outside building.

お料理の味は良く、サービスも満点です。 雰囲気も良く申し分ないのですが、駅から遠いことだけが私にとっては惜しい部分です。 でも、ここぞという時のフレンチはこちらを選択します！

海鮮の炭火焼や裏メニューがとても美味しかったです。 また、次回も来たいと思うくらい幸せな時間でした。
