'mina is a 2026 AAA Four Diamond and DiRōNA Award of Excellence restaurant in Salt Lake City's Central 9th neighborhood: Italian, with a Sicilian soul. Pasta, bread and pastries are made by hand every day. Executive chef Leonardo Li Mura, born in Catania, leads the kitchen, and nearly every dish can be prepared gluten-free. 'mina pours the largest Sicilian wine selection in the United States, nearly 100 labels built around Mount Etna and organized by slope.
