Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, students practice delivering fine-dining food & develop their skills in an operational environment. As we are a licensed venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served on alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations.
