Wow. The best dining experience I've ever had! My boyfriend and I came here last week to celebrate his birthday for lunch, and from the moment we walked in, the service was absolutely exceptional. The restaurant wasn't busy, but every single staff member made us feel like we were the most important table there. When we were seated, our booth was already decorated with birthday confetti and a handwritten birthday card. It was such a thoughtful touch and immediately made the celebration feel personal. The biggest reason I'm writing this review, though, is because of our server, John. He was truly outstanding. When I couldn't decide which soup to order, he recommended the clam chowder but also brought out a sample of the tomato bisque alongside our soups so I could try it too. That simple gesture perfectly captured the level of care he gave us throughout the entire meal. He was attentive and thoughtful. He anticipated what we needed, checked on us at just the right times, and made us feel like he genuinely wanted us to have an amazing experience rather than just serving another table. The food was fantastic, as it always is. We started with the clam chowder, French onion soup, Caesar salad, and calamari, then had the NY Strip and the ribeye sandwich for our entrées. Everything was delicious, and the cocktails and champagne were equally impressive. To end the meal, John surprised us with complimentary chocolate cake and cheesecake with a birthday candle, which was such a kind way to celebrate. The manager also stopped by our table to wish my boyfriend a happy birthday and was incredibly warm and welcoming. The Capital Grille has amazing food, but it's service like John's that makes people come back. It's rare to come across someone who is so attentive, personable, and genuinely invested in making your experience memorable. Thank you to John and the entire team for making my boyfriend's birthday so special! We'll be back!

I absolutely love this place, specially this location! The staff is so incredible and friendly. Everyone that I have taken here loves it. The food is amazing and fresh. The restaurant is clean. Highly highly recommend!
