Our dinner was wonderful. We shared 4 different pastas and all were delicious! The beef ravioli in a Caccio e Pepe sauce was savoury and rich, the ricotta gnocchi were pillowy soft and melted in the mouth and the penne arribiatta was a revelation. It was savoury with a hint of spicy heat and had the sausage broken so fine it thickened the sauce. The seafood Paperdelle was enjoyed by all who ate it. The wines were also delicious.

We tried 4 different dishes and they were all delicious.

I have been to many brunches in the Edmonton area, first time to th Sawmill in 10+ years. The quality and selection of the buffet was outstanding and the service was as well!! We were a party of nine and we all absolutely enjoyed the meal and felt the value for money in today's climate was well above average. Thanks Sawmill!!

Interesting location, open yet out of traffic. Bright, light, casual but upscale menu and dining. Sabor, Bodega food regionalist with a fresh lighter lunch menu. We had a Portuguese style fish stew, lunch special that day. Companies by crostini and a crisp glass of white. Seafood was fresh, cooked perfectly. Atrium is a lunchtime treat.
