Our first time dining at Maru Hi-Fi last night and we were extremely impressed by this fantastic restaurant, from the warm welcome, immediate seating, attentive service (without being obtrusive) prompt delivery of food and beverages, absolutely delicious dishes, fabulous music selection and ambience, just a perfect evening all round, a special mention to Henry, a true ambassador for the restaurant, personable, attentive, professional in every aspect of his position, can not speak highly enough of our experience, we shall definitely be back and have already recommended to friends! The Colliery Inn has a cosy atmosphere. The food was high-quality. I had a steak and it was tender and cooked to my request. The service was prompt and friendly and there is a good choice of beverages at the bar.

Our first time at Shorty’s we were very impressed. A lovely setting, easy parking, extensive menu and specials, staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was great. I only marked it down a little because it was too cold inside - the air con was up too high.
