Need to impress important visitors or celebrate a special occasion? Choose the most sophisticated ambience and menu in Cebu. Art Nouveau decor, dim lights, panoramic lighted panels, and hardwood marquetry tabletops all combine to create an effortlessly upper-class vibe. And as for the menu — Paella Filipina, with more punch than the Spanish. USDA Prime steaks better than any in the US (except one we found in Flagstaff AZ). Japanese A5 Kagoshima beef that wows even our Japanese guests. Pastas for the educated palate, unlike what most Italian cooks in Asia are capable of. And champagne-method wine from affordable Pink Freixenet to ostentatious Dom Perignon. All in the most iconic and conveniently-located 5-star resort in Mactan-Cebu.

Mott 32 is one of the leading Chinese restaurants in the world. Created in Hong Kong, “Mott 32” pays homage to 32 Mott Street in New York, where the city’s first Chinese convenience store opened in 1891. The store served as the nucleus for what is now a vibrant Chinatown in one of the most dynamic cities. Mott 32 is thus a celebration of Hong Kong culture and culinary tradition and represents a modern Chinese city.
