Tasteful Station is located in a train station built in 1917 in the heart of Poultney, Vermont. Created by Nicole Bower and Arthur Hollinger, Tasteful Station features a sophisticated menu that changes weekly prepared with fresh local ingredients. At Tasteful Station, your food is prepared by chef, Arthur Hollinger who is self-taught. Hollinger grew up in the southwest suburbs of Chicago and what brought him to Vermont was hockey at Castleton State College. Since then, he has settled in Rutland, Vermont. Nicole Bower is not new to the restaurant industry. She owns, The Cluckin Café in Pittsford & Poultney, Vermont and The Rollin’ Rooster Food Trucks. Basin Harbor Resort in Vergennes, Vermont has everything you need to relax with friends and family. This includes the restaurant which offers stunning views of Lake Champlain. Since it opened in 1886, food has been an integral part of what attracts people to Basin Harbor Club and Resort. Ardelia's is our home for fine dining.
