Welcome to The Phoenician Steakhouse in Phoenicia NY! We pride ourselves in being one of the top steakhouses in the Hudson Valley, we age our meat in house, and get fresh seafood straight from NYC twice a week and have a great selection of craft beer and an extensive wine list. PLEASE NOTE reservations are required on weekends and holidays. We do require a credit card when booking for groups 5 and larger.Our seasonal outdoor dining is now open. We recommend bringing a sweater for the evenings in the Catskills tend to get a little cool and we do not always have the ability to move folks inside on weekends. Please let us know your seating preference when making your reservation, we will do our best to try and accommodate you.We do not allow pets.

The Hotel Fauchere features three dining venues. Our elegantly-appointed Delmonico Room with its vintage Hudson River School paintings, piano and light-filled sunroom, our Bar Louis, with cozy booths, a contemporary vibe and the famous gigantic photograph of Andy Warhol and John Lennon behind the bar and our heated front porch with awnings and wind break curtains . Please note venue preference, if you have one, and we will accommodate as we are able (not all venues are open at all times). The restaurant pays homage to our founder, Louis Fauchere, who began working as a master chef at Delmonico's in New York City in 1848. He opened the Fauchere in 1852 and it was run by his descendants for 124 years. We look forward to welcoming you.

    Wonderful meal in a beautiful old Church. Food was delicious and all the servers were amazing, especially Nickolas, who we learned also in the baker for the restaurant….try the warm berry cake, it is delicious!! Highly recommend!!

    The service, ambiance, hostess and waitress are always wonderful. The drinks & food are delish and always on point to never disappoint! We love bringing all our guests here for brunch upon their stay and my husband and I also enjoy coming for dinner or a quick oyster Monday special..

    We had a wonderful dinner at Benares in Wyckoff! We started with the delicious Eggplant Chaat and Barrah Kebab, followed by Tandoori Chicken, Goat Curry, Biryani, and Lamb Saag. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared. The food and service at Benares are consistently excellent, which is why it remains one of our favorite spots for Indian cuisine. We always enjoy our experience and will definitely keep coming back!
