Mauna Kea is open from morning until night and serves a variety of meals, including pizza, sandwiches and salads. It specializes however in breakfast with dishes from around the world, including French toast and pancakes. Brunch, as well as holiday menus are also scheduled often.
Enjoy an intimate dining experience in a comfortable, casual setting at Katz Orange. Its interior features exposed brick and second floor seating. Katz Orange provides guests with seasonal dishes prepared using fresh, organic ingredients from local, as well as regional, producers. Oysters topped with cucumber salsa and a wild herb salad are flavourful starters. The menu offers flavourful entrées like pan-roasted lamb, pulled short ribs and flank steak.
