"Eat Lebanese is a classic business success story. They began as a pop-up back in 2020 with a simple goal of changing the way we eat Lebanese food, and since, they've become one of the Shire's most visited venues. And if their ridiculously delicious menu was not enough to tempt, their newly renovated, chic and oh-so-stylish space will be. Colourful plates of meat and the freshest herbs and veg, meet sage-hued banquette seats, track lighting and steelframed doors and windows. Take it from us, you must, we repeat, must, Eat Lebanese." - Shire Scout Nov 2023
