Perched atop a scenic peak with sweeping views of the Wasatch Mountain Range and Rockport Reservoir, this epicurean experience redefines the notion of a “bush kitchen.” Guests will experience a nightly set menu that is earthy yet elevated, where Chef and guests interact through cuisine inspired by the bounties of Gracie's Farm and locally sourced proteins. Savor the bold flavors of open fire cooking, where each course is touched by smoke and flame. Seating time is at 7:30 however the shuttles will leave from the lodge at 7:00 and 7:15 to go up to the venue.
