    We have been regulars at downtown location for many years. This was our first visit to Biltmore Park location. The food and service were excellent. The restaurant is beautiful and we enjoyed a different menu than the downtown location. We are willing to pay a more premium dinner price for restaurants using quality ingredients.

    We ate here twice during our stay at the Hilton and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The banana pancakes were the best we’d ever had - and I don’t usually love pancakes. The crab cakes were absolutely fantastic, and my daughter (5) wanted to “give our compliments to the chef.” I had the salmon with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts, also delicious, as were the desserts. We shared carrot cake and chocolate layer cake (the latter was very rich but worth every bite). The service was also excellent, and the atmosphere was quiet but lively. We will certainly be back!

    The food was fantastic. I had the salmon which was cooked perfectly. My wife ordered the shrimp which came with 14 large shrimp. Iris was our server and she was great.

    They don't honor your reservation if there are people already there ahead of you who didn't make a reservation, so beware. We were told they can't turn people away just bc a table is reserved. We arrived 15 minutes prior to the reservation. We were eventually seated after the 4 parties that were ahead of us. Food was good, but beware if you make a reservation, it is only honored if they happen to have a table available.
