The Fox & Pheasant is a little “country” pub tucked away in a small corner of Chelsea. The pub was founded in 1846 and it began its life as the Bedford Arms. Ten years later it changed to the Prince of Wales and in 1965 became The Fox & Pheasant and we have no intention of changing its name again!Not only are we a snug pub in the winter with 3 fire places, a dartboard and dog biscuits for the well behaved companions (dogs)! We are lucky enough to be able to wind back our roof in the conservatory for those long summer lunches to. Alongside our a la carte menu we have a bar snack menu that not only runs all day, everyday but also contains such pub classics. Roasts run all day on a Sunday and we guarantee to make sure you will always have ample spuds, gravy and yorkies!

    We enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea in the beautiful restaurant overlooking the boats. The service was welcoming and polite. The little cakes were perfect. A large pot of tea each and hot water top-ups meant no shortages of cuppas. Sandwiches and two scones each made it a very ample tea. Would definitely return.

    Fabulous family owned restaurant in Battersea. Lovely management and staff - and superb cooking of a varied menu. The duck breast, prawn/sea food risotto and veal Milanese are the best ever anywhere. And where do you find melon & prosciutto as a starter in a restaurant today? Cannot recommend more highly as “foodies” who dine out every day and have been here now daily for the past month and more having recently discovered this gem!

    Well balanced, nutritious, mouth-watering Lebanese food suitable for all ages. My kids both enjoyed the Shish Taouk skewers and Baby chicken. The mixed boiled vegetables were delightful for all of us. It was our first time to try Lebanese food but the waiter gave us perfect advice and we really enjoyed the meal during our family trip to London.
