    The whole experience was excellent. The food's presentation, flavor and variety was equivalent to a NYC Michelin Rated restaurant with one exception - Chef Monette's portions were significantly larger, very reasonably priced and sourced from local farm to table. If you are a foody, we would highly recommend enjoying this new local restaurant in St. Albans, VT. PS - Leave room for the desserts - a specialty for them.

    I had a feeling we would be loving our experience and we were not dissapointed. Not only was the service excellent, but having been to Japan, we have been craving that authentic sushi and omakase. Umaka not only served fresh, delectable sushi, but the dishes were absolutely mouth watering. And quality to price ratio is a 10/10 for me!! Will definitely be coming again when we are in Sutton. Thank you for the authentic Japanese sushi experience.

    Dinner was absolutely incredible. My husband and I went to the belfry last October on our honeymoon and fell in love with their burgers. We spent the whole year planning a trip back! It was just as delicious as we remembered!!
