    Kelsey was an outstanding server. She was running two large parties at one time but we never felt abandoned. She is a very professional, personable, knowledgeable staff person. The food was amazing.

    My wife and I used OpenTable to book for our anniversary. I saw a button for Anniversary and I clicked it without thinking too much about it. From the moment we entered, it felt welcoming. The hostess told us they were preparing the table and it would be just a minute. I was very surprised when I saw "Happy Anniversary" and rose petals on the table. Wasn't expecting that! Our server was Christopher. He was very nice, helpful and attentive. I had been here before, but my wife had not. He gave her time to explore the menu and ask questions and was very patient and helpful...even getting her an exception on the prix fixe menu. The meal was great and the ambiance very nice. My wife had a bit of an issue with the spices on her meal. Christopher was so attentive, going more than the extra mile in trying to accomodate. He even sent the manager, I'm sorry I didn't get his name (it was Sat. August 1st 5 PM'ish), but he too was more than accomodating. My wife was very surprised, but pleasntly so, that they were going the extra mile to make sure her first experience at Flemmings was enjoyable and satisfying. We are not used to that on our end as we both work in the food service industry. We are used to providing service like Christopher and the manager did in the name of making sure the customer has a satisfying experience, but it was a pleasant surprise to be on the receiving end. I never asked, but they insisted on comping her meal AND offering us a free dessert! Very nice and, as I've said, unexpected. Thank you to Flemmings, Christopher and the manager. You made us feel like VIP's AND reminded us why we always strive to treat our customers like they are VIP's!

    Best experience. We have gone 3 times in the past 3 months. Love it there. My favorite is the breaded clam chowder.
