Four of us came in on a Wednesday night with reservations, and wow—what a delicious evening! It’s a smaller restaurant, and with a party of six and a few other tables, it felt cozy and comfortably full. We’d had a late lunch, and two of us weren’t especially hungry, so we ordered the trout, bison steak, huckleberry salad, and bison tartare, plus a bread basket to share. Let’s start with that bread and garlic-herb compound butter. I could have eaten the butter straight from the dish! Paired with the charred, toasted bread, it disappeared embarrassingly fast considering we’d just told our sweet server, Matthew, that we “weren’t that hungry.” I had the bison tartare, and don’t let the idea of raw meat scare you away. The flavor was clean, slightly sweet, and beautifully seasoned, with a silky, velvety texture that reminded me of high-end sashimi. Chef’s kiss! I would absolutely order it again. My only suggestion would be a thinner slice of bread underneath, but that’s purely personal preference. My husband’s trout? Holy moly! The skin was deliciously crisp, and the fish underneath was tender, flaky, and wonderfully fresh tasting. And those whipped white sweet potatoes were heavenly! I don’t know what kind of magic is happening in that kitchen, but it’s working, my friends. My son’s bison steak was equally impressive: a beautiful sear on the outside and juicy, melt-in-your-mouth tenderness inside. Matthew helped us nail our order. He was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and genuinely personable—the kind of server who makes a great meal even better. 10/10 all the way around. Highly recommend!

Excellent choice for fine Italian dining. Decor and ambiance is hard to beat. Food delicious.

We had to adjust time to earlier and that was easy. Daphne(sp) was delightful as hostess and server. We had Spring Salad, Crab cakes, pork short ribs and a bruschetta. All were amazing! The crab cakes had a fantastic flavor as did the ribs(Korean). Salad and bruschetta tasted fresh and delicious! Topped everything off with an affogato ! Will definitely be returning!

Our server, Julia, was the perfect fit for our crew. She was there when we needed her and handled all of our requests with a sense of humor and fun. She made our entire experience. The food was delish the drinks were as well. We’ll be back!

We attended this restaurant by googling and looking at reviews. We were going for a one year anniversary. The server and bartender Kate was extraordinary. I’d asked her if she could deliver several notes and some flowers multiple times throughout our dinner. She was kind, enjoyed the moment with us. The food was excellent. We shared the ribeye steak and we started with the meatballs per Kate’s recommendation. They were cooked fabulous and were very tasty. The maple bourbon sauce on the ribeye steak and cauliflower was amazing! If I could bottle that and brought it home, I would have.
