    The Caesar salad is a different take with a little spice and bite to it That is just delicious.  The black cod was cooked to perfection as was the rack of lamb. The margarita was delicious and the wine list is impressive. Overall fantastic experience.

    A great restaurant with great food, a unique ambiance, and an excellent location. The log-built restaurant has a great and varied menu. The open, well-lit kitchen was impeccable, with a pizza oven and grilling ranges, etc. I had the 8 once filet, which was the best I have had in a long time. My wife had the Caesar salad with chicken, which was excellent, and to round it off, we shared a very good carrot cake. Our server was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable of the menu, wine list, and dessert options. All in all a super place. We'll be back for sure and will highly recommend The Blue Canyon Restaurant.
