    What a great thin-crust stone-baked pizza I had that evening. The base was crispy enough to crunch, thin enough not to fill me up too quickly, and loaded with toppings without overwhelming the base. The edges are lightly charred, the cheese was smokey and gooey … I was already eyeing the next slice before I even finished the first. It was a pizza that was dangerously easy to finish.

    The visit for my wife and me was our first, but we concluded at the end of the meal that it will NOT be our last. Table service was attentive, but not intrusive. Food was extremely pleasant on the taste buds, stimulating just the right sensations, accentuating a taste of freshness in the ingredients. We have already decided we will revisit soon, as we regularly host our friends to places worthy of our calories. UMM more than qualifies for such a place.
