I recently had the high tea buffet at Carousel, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The spread was extensive, with a great selection of both savory and sweet items. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and regularly replenished. The seafood was particularly impressive, and I also enjoyed the assortment of sandwiches, pastries, and desserts. The quality of the food was consistently high, and there was something to suit every palate. The tea selection complemented the meal well, making for a relaxing afternoon. The service was attentive and friendly throughout our visit. Staff were quick to clear plates and ensure the buffet remained well stocked, creating a pleasant and comfortable dining experience. Overall, Carousel offers excellent value for a high tea buffet with its wide variety of quality food, welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding service. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a special afternoon treat.

Great ambiance, delicious food (French cuisine). Chief Philippe cares very much about his guests, and with his typical French charm and humour he makes them feel comfortable and welcome beyond their mere culinary needs. Very much recommended!

Was looking for a place to have a Birthday dinner with the husband and decided to try Nobu! The place offers omakase and a creative twist to Japanese dining. Ambience of the place had a nice contrast with dimer but warm lighting that nicely offsets the whites, light brown and black deco. Although they had omakase, we wanted to try other items that might not have been part of the set so decided to select from the ala carte menu. Food was amazing with well balanced flavours that contrast but do not come on too strong. I particularly loved the Tiradito with its spicy citrus based sauce while husband swears by the Umami Chilean Sea Bass that had a nice miso-soy flavour with a buttery finish and fish that melt in your mouth! Meal ended with a lovely pumpkin chocolate birthday cake for the husband that was on the house! 😍🫶 A must try at least once if you are in the area!
