Ouvert en 1973 aux abords de la place Daumesnil, Au Trou Gascon fut le fief du chef Alain Dutournier durant 50 ans. Cette institution parisienne, qui a connu son apogée au tournant des années 80, écrit aujourd’hui une nouvelle page de son histoire gastronomique. Heureux repreneur des lieux, le restaurateur Grégory Reibenberg (La Belle Équipe, Basique, Scaria) a fait appel à la cheffe Sarah Chougnet-Strudel, déjà à la tête de son remarqué restaurant Regain à Marseille. En salle, Jean-Félix Frichot, directeur et associé, accueille les convives et dévoile une réjouissante carte des vins et cocktails.     Super découverte, à quelques minutes à pied de chez nous. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Ma fille est fan de cuisine italienne avait réclamé ce restaurant pour son anniversaire, car il proposait un buffet . Son père qui pourtant n’aime pas les restaurants de buffet a été emballé. Il y a beaucoup de choix, les plats sont frais, fait maison, de saison…

    Accueil parfait dans une ambiance conviviale et décontractée. Plats sains, travaillés, frais et alléchants ! Plusieurs choix de viandes, poissons ou salades. Les frites et salade verte sont à volonté, et la vinaigrette est extraordinaire ! On s’y sent bien et le personnel est aux petits soins. :)
