    If you don't share a meal at Virginiae while in Rome you're missing out. Truly one of the best lasagne I've eaten and the wine selection is superior. Our server, Rony, was a delight and I am so thankful we wandered down an alleyway to find this gem. We dined al fresco so we could feel the city and enjoy people watching. A musician played piano on the square nearby and even while the restaurant was busy the staff went out of their way to engage with us and ensure everything was perfect.

    We had an amazing lunch at Tribuna Campitelli after walking from the Colosseum to the Theatre of Marcellus. Sitting outside in such a peaceful setting was the perfect break from Rome’s busy streets. Great food and a wonderfully calm atmosphere, tucked away from the crowds. A lovely little find!

    We made a last minute reservation and were so impressed. Friendly staff and great food—their “favorites” were all spectacular. The caprese is a must have, eggplant was great and spaghettoni and meatballs were awesome.
