Sherwin Jacobs heads the kitchen and delivers quality, fresh, local produce, much of which is grown in the no-dig garden and onsite polytunnel. Feast over fire events, pop-up BBQs and supper club events litter the calendar. The food is award-winning - Best Premium Food, Good Food Guide, Food Made Good Award, 2 star rosette kitchen etc. Private dining is available across several charismatic rooms in the main house - The Old Kitchen, The Victorian Room and The Oak Room. There are 24 rooms available and the Barns venue across the courtyard is regarded as one of the best wedding venues in the country, regularly winning awards.     Absolutely how dining should be. The staff are wonderful. Super attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. We had a birthday dinner for our daughter Sofia and the staff made such a lovely fuss. Food was delicious and very generous with the portions. Zero faults, highly recommend. Will visit again.
